Assessment & Development Centres


Assessment centres (AC) are a tool used during employee selection, and it aims to measure the fitting of candidates to the position. Candidates are assessed along exercises specific to the job role, where by fulfilling the given task we can judge how the candidate might succeed in the given role. The advantage of the tool is that the fitting of the selected candidates is higher, because they are measured not only by verbal exercises, but by practical ones as well.

Development Centres (DC) are a variety of Assessment Centers, which observe inner candidates from the organisation. During this method we will explore and evaluate along the so called competency matrix, which is made up of competencies previously identified as necessary ones for successful completion of a task.
